Cooking beef on the bone simply adds something hard to define, but something special. Our Bone in Sirloin is one of the cuts regularly utilised by our chef friends, but rarely seen in the home kitchen. The Bone adds another dimension of depth and flavour.

All of our meat arrives in a carton with a wool liner and ice packs to protect product quality.

Orders are dispatched on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only.

We deliver throughout New Zealand to urban residential or business addresses.

We're unable to deliver to Rural addresses.

We also offer free shipping on orders over $200. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
