Our most tender cut -buttery, lean and elegant, with a clean flavour and fine marbling.

Available as a pack of 2x 200g Steaks, a 1kg barrel (for multiple easily portioned steaks, or ideal for a Beef Wellington), and as a whole 1.5kg piece.

Best for: Pan-searing or oven-roasting

All of our meat arrives in a carton with a wool liner and ice packs to protect product quality.

Orders are dispatched on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only.

We deliver throughout New Zealand to urban residential or business addresses.

We're unable to deliver to Rural addresses.

We also offer free shipping on orders over $200. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
