World famous in Taupo, our sausages are made in-house in small batches throughout the week, handcrafted with the same care and attention as everything we do.

For something truly special, try our Artisan Range — no fillers, no additives, just premium meat, herbs and spices for full, real flavour. Think beef and blue cheese and merguez lamb.

Our Classic Range includes the ever-reliable classic pork and classic beef, while our Gourmet Range offers Italian-style casalinga, lamb, rosemary and garlic, smoky honey beef chorizo, beef and chunky onion, Cumberland pork and the much-loved roast onion and mustard.
