Our Bacon

Our pork bacon is made from our Waratah Farm pork and carefully, and completely naturally, dry cured for 14 days. Time is the key to properly cured bacon. The result? Minimal shrinkage, maximum flavour, and that perfect sizzle every time. Super clean, bacon like bacon used to be.

Looking for something a little different? We also offer a rich, savoury range of beef and lamb bacon, a delicious twist on a breakfast classic. You’ll usually find favourites like, streaky, middle and jowl pork bacon, and our signature beef bacon, seasonal lamb bacon (when available).

Crafted with care, cured for flavour,  this is bacon done right.
